The Way of WellBeing (WoW) is a mind-body-soul learning day workshop with psychoeducation at its core.
I firmly believe that to be fully healthy – psychologically, physically, emotionally and spiritually – we need to be brought back into deep connection with ourselves.
Understanding how our past informs our present (our thoughts and behaviours) as well as our expectations and beliefs about our future (the life we create consciously and unconsciously) is paramount to facilitate change.
We need to know how and why we became disconnected from ourselves. And we need to learn how to reconnect to disconnected parts of ourselves and to accept all parts of ourselves deeply.

At WoW, there will be space to discuss life experiences, the mind-body connection and how we engage with the main pillars of health – nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress and relationships.
WoW, will provide a framework within which we can understand all the personal development and self-help literature, the health and wellness industries as well as the happiness research. We will also discuss the podcast landscape and the social media wellness communities.
We all have the ability to feel in balance, healthy, joyful, engaged and authentic in our lives.
WoW will help people feel less stuck and more powerful.
WoW will teach and inspire you, enabling you to thrive and feel more connected than ever before.
