“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
WoW, will help piece together the numerous aspects of what it means to be human.
We will explore how our early life experiences shape and form our beliefs, thought processes and behaviours. These experiences affect all aspects of our lives as our unconscious is very often driving our conscious self.
We will discuss the main pillars of health – nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress and relationships. We will explore the research and think about tools with which we can improve these aspects of our lives.
Symptoms of illness and disconnection to self are experienced as they manifest in the body or in our relationships with others.
However, to gain true understanding of our relationship with our bodies, substances and food, how we move, how we sleep, and to be able to truly affect change, we must look deeper and understand our unconscious belief systems. All of this impacts our nervous system, our physical, emotional and mental health and affects how we show up in life.
We will discuss how psychology, neuroscience, evolution theory and spirituality can all be very informative when it comes to knowing ourselves better. Living more healthily, with less stress and more abundance, with healthier nutritional choices and approachable wellness tools can all impact our lives positively. If we are able to understand the root cause of our dis-ease we can affect change for the long term.

I believe that most people are interested in understanding how they think, why they behave in certain ways and why they relate to people in certain ways.
I believe that most people are intuitive, capable of experiencing gratitude and love and want to know how to let go of old patterns and learn how to create space to create new ones.
We will explore our sense of self worth and self esteem, our fears and limitations and how our lives can be more positive, authentic and joyful.
The Way of WellBeing is the place to start your journey of aligning to your authentic self and learning how to attain everything you desire from life.
“To live is the rarest thing in the world; most people just exist.”

“The only journey is the one within.”
