WoW will empower people with information, knowledge, insight and tools in an accessible way to be able to make changes where they feel they want to.

Psychoeducation is a key part of WoW, particularly as this knowledge just isn’t that accessible. An exploration of how past experiences, attachment history and trauma can deeply affect our present self is foundational to wellness.

An understanding of the main pillars of health – how we eat, how we sleep, how we move, how we think, how we react to stress and how we are in relationships – is also vital to wellness in all forms.

As well as understanding the importance of the unconscious and the mind-body link, we will explore other tools – such as gratitude, journaling, meditation and breath work – and how implementing these into our daily lives can make such a positive difference.

Dreams, I believe are incredibly useful tools when it comes to the unconscious mind. This fascinating area can also be discussed as it is a great passion of mine.

And, as we start to look at our own experiences and our unique inner worlds, we in turn will be able to stay with our significant others’ inner worlds and emotions. We will become less defensive and project less onto others, including our partners and I believe, crucially our children.

By working on the inside – knowing ourselves and being able to self examine and change – we will in turn react differently to the outside. Our relationships on the outside will change and benefit as we come to know ourselves more fully.

As we are all unique individuals, our own experiences and curiosities will guide the day.

The main topics outlined here will all be discussed with lots of space for questions and answers.

It feels important to mention that the day will be enveloped with a sense of connection and fun. Neurochemically, we know that laughter is great medicine as is humour and playfulness all of which are an integral part of my way of being in the world.
